We are finally getting around to sharing some photos from this trip. We actually visited Portugal back in the summer of 2015 on an amazing two-week road trip. Most people unfortunately only ever see Lisbon (or Porto), the Algarve and maybe the famous Duoro Valley, since a Portugal trip is often partnered up with some time spent in Spain. But for our trip, we decided to give Portugal a full two weeks and we did not regret it. The eastern edge is so very different than the rest and same with the North! With amazing (and typically cheaply priced) foods, medieval towns, wild horses, vinho verde & port, there is so much that this country has to try, offer and see! We seriously recommend it to anyone and definitely let us know if you have any questions because we are happy to share our experiences. Speaking of sharing, here are some of our photos during the trip. Aside from the Arroh & Bow dress series (search the blog for those), typically we like to treat our vacations like, vacations! So here are just some snaps from the two weeks.

Bridal Sessions in Historic Portugal - Pt. II Barril Beach
Pt. II of some photos we took throughout Portugal. For Pt. I click here.
Dress: Arroh & Bow Infinity Dresses - The Handmade Bride
Floral Crown: Jewel Feathers - also sold at The Handmade Bride
Barril Beach - located in Portugal's Southern Algarve, these sand dunes used to form an old tuna fishing town that now features a memorial of anchors to remember past days.
Horseshoe Bend & Zion National Park
We're super eager to share with you some photos of our Portugal trip... except that we realized we never ending up sharing any photos from our last day of our US road trip in the fall. It's a bit silly cause Zion and our hike up Angel's Landing was actually probably one of our favourite places so it's definitely worthy of being shared. I never knew Utah was so amazing beforehand - and I would definitely go back in a heartbeat!
(If you haven't already seen the rest of our photos from this vacation- just type in "Roadtrip" in the search bar on the right!)
