I think that everyone can agree that 2020 was a unique kind of year. Many of us went through hard times, be it emotionally, mentally, financially or physically. But no year passes without any good. While we had a lot of our weddings get postponed into 2021, we are so grateful for the weddings and families we were able to celebrate with this year. Of course things looked a little different but being able to witness love and commitments, seeing our previous couples growing their families, being there for our own families, finding the benefits in working from home and have more down-time, all of these things brought joy to us in 2020. We are choosing to dwell and remember these things from the past year, and we encourage you to flip through the photos on your own phones or write down a list of the good memories you had too.

Meredith & Adam's Family Session
Happy to be sharing another not-quite-so-newborn family session. There is so much excitement with newborns of course, but when your little baby can actually smile back and hold themselves up a little more we’re able to start capturing a bit more of their personality and some of the rhythms of your day-to-day as a family.
Simple In-Home Family Session
I think sometimes we all get the idea that a family session has to be a big, orchestrated event. Last winter, we had some friends over to our own place to capture some photos with their little guy. Simple, but photos that will help them remember their family at this stage. Isn’t that the whole point, after all?
