Arboretum
Alice & Chang's engagement session brought us for a full adventure on what Ottawa's Little Italy and Dow's Lake has to offer. Starting off with gelato, moving on to canoeing around the Rideau Canal and then strolling through the arboretum - if you haven't gone on a date like this, you probably should.
No matter how many times you've visited the Ottawa Arboretum / Experimental Farm / Fletcher Wildlife Garden, it still is always a beautiful place to walk around or spend some time, and the very best time is on a warm, spring evening. Got to enjoy an evening this spring with Clare & Conor surrounded by blossoms, and don't they look fantastic?
So often in our family sessions we find people are so concerned about having their kids smiling with everything looking happy and perfect. But that's not real and that's not family. The following session included bug attacks, nose bleeds and kids being kids. They may not be the photos you hang on your wall - but they are the photos you look back on and remember childhood.
