I think we take fall in Ontario for granted. The colours in the trees here are world class and the weather is usually amazing. We like to take photos of people in their element and for Zarina and Chris that's baking. We met them to bake some cookies and get some candid photos and than followed them outside to a stunning lake in Gatineau Park with a perfect mix of greens, orange, reds and yellows. We had so much fun photographing these two and are soooo excited for their wedding next year.
A Rainy Fall Engagement Session
A sunny day, is not always the best day. Rheanne and Bryan came all the way from Toronto for their shoot so the session was going to go on - rain or shine. Boy are we glad it did cause this downtown rainy day had all sorts of awesome going on. Just the right kind of moody and their fall coloured outfits perfectly matched the day! Also love meeting with our couples and the feeling as if we were old friends... we can't say it enough - we have the nicest clients!

Museum of Nature - Summer Wedding
Jessica and Chris's outdoor summer wedding was one fantastic wedding. While you can't tell it in these photos (cause the bridal party were serious troupers) this must have been one of the hottest (and most humid!!) days of the summer. We absolutely loved getting to know these two and the expressions on their faces during the ceremony is enough to convince anyone of their love for each other.
