Heather and Dan came to us after we filmed this wedding highlight video for Heather's brother. This is a classic Canadian engagement session complete with a little snow, a lot of outdoors and a beaver pond nested in the forest with a family playing hockey on it. You'll also want to check out the amazing ring Dan had custom made after finding a sketch Heather had made. These two are amazing and we are looking forward to their upcoming wedding.

Best Day Ever - Wedding Gala

The following gallery is a collection of photos we took for the Best Day Ever - a Wedding Gala in Ottawa (Fall 2014). The primary idea behind this event was that it was a wedding show where brides could essentially check out vendors but by seeing their work in person and at play. A showdown between two teams with different styles, we participated as the photographer for the alternative side. In the end, all of the vendors did a fantastic job and truly showcased what they do best. As photographers, we not only got to capture the other vendors but we also got some time to take creative, nature-inspired portraits.

Mer Bleue Sunrise Session

We did it. We finally did it. We scheduled a sunrise session and it. was. epic. Henry and Jess came from Toronto to have their engagement session with us, so we decided to take them out to the Mer Bleue bog. With the fall colours and the morning fog, it was such a beautiful way to spend a morning.
